Empowering Communities
RLCC STORY
In 1947, Begum Ra’ana Liaquat Ali Khan envisioned and founded RLCC as a non‑profit in Karachi. It officially opened its doors on August 25, 1954, with the APWA Raana Liaquat Public School at its core.
Since then, RLCC has empowered over 20,000 low‑income beneficiaries, focusing on women‑centric programs in education, health, vocational training, livelihoods, and community outreach.
Structured around UN Sustainable Development Goals, they operate a health clinic offering maternal and child immunizations, plus awareness sessions on stress management, drug addiction, and environmental sustainability
