Since 2011, the RLCC Outreach Program has served as the bridge between RLCC and the resident of Shah Faisal Town. By staying closely connected to the community, the outreach team ensures that women, children, and youth are informed, supported, and empowered to improve their health, safety, education, skills, and livelihoods.

  1. Awareness & Education

Operating in 52 schools, 22 clinics, and community centres, RLCC delivers structured sessions on:

  • Social Issues: Child Safety, Climate Change, Substance Abuse, Violence Prevention, Understanding the Nikkah Nama
  • Education: Life Skills–Based Education, Early Childhood Development, Financial Literacy, Community Engagement
  • Health: Nutrition Awareness, Breast Cancer, Diabetes, Mental Health, Physical Activity, Reproductive Health, PCOS, Health & Hygiene
  1. Community Engagement

Under the slogan “Ehsaas-e-Zimmedari”, RLCC leads:

  • Awareness, Clean-up, Book Donation and Plantation drives
  • Medical camps
  • Theatre-based engagement events (e.g., Family Mela reaching over 500 people)
  • Household verification
  1. Referral Network & Support Services

The outreach team conducts basic screenings and connects community members to essential services, clinics, vocational skills and training opportunities, livelihood, schools.

Clean Green Initiative

A community-wide environmental drive promoting cleanliness, waste reduction, and greener public spaces across Shah Faisal Town.

Campaigns on Violence Against Women

Strengthened advocacy efforts focused on prevention, awareness, and support for survivors of gender-based violence.

Youth Club Launch

A structured platform for young people to build leadership, communication, and life skills while engaging in positive community development activities.

Digital Awareness Sessions (New Initiative)

Recognizing the growing use of smartphones, RLCC will introduce digital learning modules to complement in-person sessions.
This includes:

  • Short educational videos on health, safety, and social issues
  • Mobile-based awareness sessions accessible anytime
  • Interactive content for women, youth, and parents
  • Increased reach beyond field visits
  • Consistent, standardized information delivery
  • Improved message retention through digital follow-up

This shift will help RLCC reach thousands more beneficiaries efficiently and build a more connected, informed, and digitally empowered community.
